If any damage results to equipment parts directly caused by a deficiency in TOTAL lubricant products, TOTAL Lubricants USA Southwest, LLC will pay for the repair of said parts provided the equipment is used under normal operating conditions and strictly maintained according to the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.

Buyer shall notify TOTAL Lubricants USA Southwest, LLC immediately following detection of any potential defect in the quality of any TOTAL lubricant product sold by TOTAL Lubricants USA Southwest, LLC to buyer for this warranty to be enforceable.

This warranty only applies to products sold under the TOTAL trademark.
