TOTAL Lubricants USA Southwest, LLC has a quality control program of sample retains at each of our blending facilities to positively ensure consistency.

We know that quality assurance goes beyond the blending plant. As a result, all FINA lubricants containers (even quarts) have identifiable batch numbers. This allows field inquiries to be traced back to the original laboratory quality control approval and batch retain sample. In addition, batch retain samples are inventoried for two years. This information allows us to address product quality inquiries promptly and with certainty.

As active participants in various technical associations, such as API, SAE, ASTM and NLGI, TOTAL Lubricants USA Southwest, LLC promotes product quality and responsibility throughout the lubricants industry.
